                不銹鋼反ㄨ應釜使用步驟

                    使用步驟如下:

                      1、化學清洗流程:水沖洗→酸洗除垢→水沖洗→鈍化處理;

                      2、斷開與冷卻盤管無關的其它系統,將清洗槽、清洗泵跟冷卻盤管聯接成一個清洗閉合回路;
                      3、在模擬清洗狀態下對清洗系統的泄漏情況進行檢查,同時清除盤管內松散的汙物,當出口處沖洗水目測無大顆粒ω雜質存在時,水沖洗結束;
                      4、水沖洗結束□ 後,在清洗槽內循環添◎加不銹鋼反應釜換熱器清冷光平靜開口道洗劑”,控制清洗主劑濃度在3-6%,溫度在50-60℃的範圍內,於系統內進行循環清洗去汙,清洗時間2—3小時左右。定時用pH試紙測量酸液的pH值(1次/20分鐘),使其維持在1以下,當pH值在半小時內趨於穩定值且清洗系統內沒有◣氣體放出時,結束酸●洗過程;
                      5、水╳沖洗合格後,循環添加“鈍化預膜劑”進行鈍化★處理,來提高銅管的耐腐小唯控制著巨大蝕性能。待整個系統溶液濃度混合均勻後停止循環,浸泡2-3小時。將鈍化液排出系統,然後用“中和處理劑△”中和處理後排放(pH值6-7),清洗過程結束⊙。

The pH value of acid solution was measured by pH test paper (once every 20 minutes) regularly to keep it below 1. When the pH value tended to be stable within half an hour and no gas was released from the cleaning system, the pickling process was ended.
                5. After water washing is qualified, passivation pretreatment is added cyclically to improve the corrosion resistance of copper tubes. When the solution concentration of the whole system is evenly mixed, the cycle is stopped and soaked for 2-3 hours. The passivation liquid is discharged from the system, and then neutralized with "neutralizing agent" to discharge (pH 6-7), and the cleaning process is completed.
